2. Purchase process:
2.1. The buyer selects the goods in the online shop and adds them to the shopping cart.
2.2. The purchase details are filled in: name, surname, delivery address, contact details.
2.3. The buyer chooses the method of payment and the order is confirmed.
2.4. The buyer has to tick the box “I agree to the terms and conditions”.
2.5. The buyer receives an email confirmation of his order.

3. Delivery:
3.1. Goods shall be delivered by courier or by transport hired by us.
3.2. Delivery times are specified for each product.

4. Cancellation and return:
4.1 In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days if they have not been used, damaged or otherwise lost their merchantable appearance.
4.2. Goods that have been made to order or after opening the vacuum packaging (e.g. Jelly Bear sofa) cannot be returned.
4.3. The cost of returning goods of satisfactory quality shall be borne by the buyer, if the goods have been defective or have been received in an unsuitable condition, in which case the cost of returning them shall be borne by the seller.

5. Warranties:
5.1 All goods are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty.
5.2 If you notice any damage during transport (e.g. damaged packaging, etc.), be sure to note it on the delivery receipt, and if you find any faults or defects in the goods, please contact us at ignas@interio.lt or by phone +37065900010

6. Applicable Laws:
6.1 The Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2 All disputes arising shall be settled by negotiation, or, in the event of failure to reach an agreement, in a court of law of the Republic of Lithuania.
