Delivery information

Free delivery throughout Lithuania. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Temporary delivery or collection service is subject to an additional fee, which will be specified by the master in your city. If you need to bring and/or assemble furniture at your home, please inform us in advance by email: ignas@interio.lt , so that we can plan the appropriate service for you.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN ORDERING FURNITURE

To avoid inconvenience and extra costs, please measure your space carefully before you buy furniture and make sure that the size of the furniture you choose fits the layout of your home. As well as the width and height of the furniture, you should also take into account whether it can be conveniently brought in through doorways, staircases or lifts.

Incorrect sizing can lead to additional costs in time, money and resources, as delivery and return of the furniture entails additional costs. We recommend that you check all measurements in advance and consult our specialists if you have any questions.

Please note that any items delivered outside your doorstep are at your own risk. This handy short checklist will help ensure a smooth and successful delivery to your home.

PROPER FLOOR PROTECTION – Make sure you have the right protectors in place to protect your floors or carpets. Due to hygiene and safety requirements, the delivery team cannot remove clothing or footwear.

BUMPING OBJECTS – Bumps and falls sometimes occur, so it is always best to remove anything that may break or become damaged on the way to delivery, making sure that no one is accidentally hurt before the installers arrive

ACCESS TO OWNERSHIP – There’s nothing worse than introducing your products only to find out they don’t fit in or around your home. Always look out for winding aisles, low or narrow doors. You also need to make sure that our transport can get close enough to your home. Please note that when it comes to deliveries to apartment buildings, our delivery team will need to know if there is a lift in the building that can be used to reach the different floors of your building. To protect the health of our craftsmen, we will take the furniture up the stairs to the 3rd floor after assessing that the furniture is clear of your staircase. If you are not sure if you will be able to carry the furniture easily, please contact us in advance by email: ignas@priveehome.lt. If we are not able to carry the furniture for you when you arrive, in which case we will be able to leave it in the place you have indicated, or we will be forced to return it to our warehouse, which will result in a charge for the return of the piece of furniture. Sometimes it can be difficult to carry bulky furniture and inevitably the walls may be damaged, in which case our craftsmen will ask you to sign an agreement stating that you accept the risks associated with carrying the furniture.

LATE DELIVERY

Sometimes it happens that you have already bought a piece of furniture, but your home is not yet ready to accept it. In this case, we will store your furniture for 2 weeks free of charge. Afterwards we will charge you a fee of 2 euros per sqm per day. Storage is not available for sale items or items with more than 20% discount.

      • You can collect the goods from our warehouse at Geologų 6, Vilnius, in which case we apply a discount of 10 to 30 Eur per purchased piece of furniture.

    DELIVERY TIME AND DATE: Deliveries take place on weekdays between 09:30 and 17:00. Deliveries are made with the help of a furniture delivery company, thus making delivery costs more efficient. A transport manager will contact you the day before to arrange a time for delivery. As there are many deliveries and if the delivery time is not suitable for you then we will schedule a delivery for the next day. Always check the packaging for damage when you receive the goods, and if the packaging is damaged, please note this on the PPA (Acceptance and Delivery Note). Also, always check the furniture itself for damage. If the damage to the packaging is not marked or noticed, the recipient will be liable for the damaged furniture.
